Business Development Manager
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be a strategic, well-organized motivator with the ability to collaborate with other divisions to ensure the highest level of focus and account penetration.
Primary Job Functions
Develop new relationships and business opportunities within the area of our core competency of medical consumables. Develop new geographic and vertical markets.
Service our base business and determine how we can bring value to our existing clients and grow our business by developing new products and programs.
- Minimum of 5 years proven business development and sales skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Excellent project leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with all functional areas of the business
- Strong networking, decision making and negotiation skills are essential
- Knowledge of the medical consumables and the markets is an asset
